Privacy Policy
Accel-a-Date requires your information in order to contact you, and to create successful events. Accel-a-Date and its agents will not sell or disclose any information to a third party without your consent. Information you provide may be used to notify you of upcoming Accel-a-Date events of interest to you. Any credit card or other financial information is held in the utmost confidentiality.

AMENDMENT: While we do take appropriate precautions to protect user privacy, we may not be able to accommodate all "special requests" regarding communications. If it is not appropriate for you to receive e-mail at your work address, or you are concerned about us providing your personal e-mail address to potential matches, we suggest you set up a separate address specifically for Accel-a-Date communications. Many services, such as Yahoo! or Hotmail.com offer free e-mail accounts ideal for such use. (5/9/03)

Accel-a-Date and its affiliates has not checked the validity or backgrounds of any participating individuals at Accel-a-Date events. Accel-a-Date is not responsible for whatever may occur before, during, or after any promoted event, or during subsequent contact between event participants. Accel-a-Date participants agree by registration for an event that they will indemnify and hold Accel-a-Date and its subsidiaries, affiliates, venues, officers, agents, and other partners and/or employees harmless from any damage, claim, or liability.

Payment Policy
Confirmation priority will be given to pre-paid registrations. You may pay at the event, but you can help ensure your spot is reserved by mailing your payment in advance. Send your name, address, age, and event choice along with a check or money order payable to Accel-a-Date. Payment should be mailed at least 5 days prior to the event, and addressed to:

Cancellation Policy
Payments are not refundable, except for refunds due to overbooking or rescheduling of an event by Accel-a-Date. Reservations may be changed to another event up until 48 hours prior to the original event at no additional charge, or you may choose to receive an Accel-a-Date gift certificate by mail. Late cancellations or "no-shows" will not be refunded.

Same gender/age range substitutions are permitted up until the time of the event at no additional charge, subject to our policies and disclaimer.

This policy is to help ensure a sufficient number of participants at each event so that everyone can meet plenty of new people! (Amended 6/2/03)
